1. Service Description and Purpose

CRCL Healthcare Technology Platform ("CRCL", "Service", "Platform", "we", "us") uses SMS text messaging to provide secure communications for healthcare professionals. SMS messages are sent exclusively for the following business purposes:

"Your CRCL verification code is: 123456. Valid for 10 minutes. Do not share this code."
"CRCL Security Alert: New login detected from San Francisco, CA at 2:30 PM. If this wasn't you, contact support@crcl.pro immediately."
"Your CRCL professional profile has been updated successfully. Contact support if you didn't make this change."
"Welcome to CRCL! Your dental professional account has been verified. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS notifications."

2. Consent and Enrollment

Enrollment requires:

  1. Active registration as a dental healthcare professional
  2. Provision of a valid mobile phone number
  3. Explicit consent via checkbox acknowledgment
  4. Successful verification code confirmation
